VERY satisfied with his service, very good man and a wonderful lawyer. I 100% recommend him.

Very professional and got the best results possible. Instead of jail it went straight to probation and then all charges dropped. Handled everything and we did not even have to step into court except for the very first one. He took care of everything and despite his busy schedule he responded and kept us updated. Even after everything was taken care of he still was available for questions. We paid and he immediately got to work. I would recommend him highly if you want good results.

David is a very good attorney, and has a wonderful demeanor

David you are given plenty of opportunity to act as a lawyer for me in my situation. I asked for communication you gave me none. I asked for you to arrive and be there and time, you sent somebody else and when some one asked for you to raise your hand to be a defense lawyer you declined. I'm giving you a single star because I had to hire a secondary lawyer that was able to get my case completely dismissed within the Coconino county court . Maybe you need to go back to school or just find another profession?

Terrible experience. He was dishonest, did not return phone calls or multiple emails, and was generally rude, unprofessional, unconcerned, and dismissive of any of our concerns. He did not show up for scheduled jail visits. He was very happy and pleasant at the outset, as he took almost $8000 of our life savings. We paid him up in less than 60 days. As soon as he was paid- he was a no show, no communication, no compassion whatsoever. He ended up getting us a WORSE deal, than the court-appointed public defender had lined up for us. He failed to appear to at least 3 scheduled court appearances. In one of the few emails he belatedly returned- instead of answering our clear, concise, and direct questions- he responded with rudeness, expressing clearly his feelings that his client deserved their punishment- he had no sympathy- in spite of mental health and substance abuse issues. His staff was equally as dismissive, and non-communicative. Mr. Bednar was dishonest when he told us that our case was un-bondable- when after my continued pressure on this matter- it was revealed that there was in fact a bond of $28,000- which he failed to inform us- and which he failed to file a bond-reduction motion- until I found out about that possibility and forced him to do it. He basically took $8,000 from us- blew us off, let his client rot in jail- and got us a WORSE deal than the public defender initially assigned to us. We are pursuing filing a complaint with the American Bar association for negligence, misrepresentation, and whatever other legal remedies are available. If I could give negative stars I would. Most disgusting and disappointing experience with ANY professional in ANY market segment.

My daughter was falsely accused, so we needed a qualified knowledgeable attorney to handle her case. Although I am an attorney, this was not my practice area so we asked for recommendations from other attorneys we know and were referred to Dave Bednar. He did a great job. At trial, he was prepared, knowledgeable, assertive, persuasive and professional. My daughter was found not guilty. Although under unfortunate/unpleasant circumstances, it was great working with Dave. We highly recommend the Law Office of David G. Bednar.

I have worked in the field of disabilites for over 30 years. I was referred to Atty David Bednar to help defend an Autistic Young Man who was wrongfully arrested and whose life would have been permanently changed, if not for this talented and compassionate attorney. David advocated through all the layers of this perfect storm, including The University, Civil & Criminal Court. One year later he was successful in obtaining a judgement of a wrongful arrest and an order to have this man’s record cleared and sealed. This is not an easy task in the State of Arizona. Our world can be very cruel to those with invisible disabilites such as Autism. We are most grateful to this very special Attorney.
