This store is great. I use services several times a week and have never had a negative experience with either UPS or the staff. It can be a busy place and the ONLY negative experience is the inpatient customers. I personally have never waited more than 5 minutes to be helped. Staff is always curious and helpful. I've had valuable, irreplaceable items packed and shipped here. I find that the staff handles my shipments with accuracy and care. I highly recommend The UPS Store in Fountain Hills, AZ.

I had to help a friend move quickly and hauled in a bunch of bags and boxes full of stuff. The staff at the store immediately took control, weighing and packing everything in boxes. The price was very reasonable and I was thrilled at how easy it was. No more packing and taping for me ever again!

I've been a PO Box customer for three years and have used their other services. Friendly and helpful staff. Only gripe is shared by the local USPS and it's out of their control - Snowbirds who are extremely slow! Mr Sellman's review isn't truthful. UPS will not accept cash, it's prohibited. So no employee saw him put cash into an envelope. I worked in air express for years with other companies than UPS. If we found cash, we alerted the DEA as it almost always was related to drug trade.
