Earlier this year I was in an accident with a passenger car while intoxicated in Payson, AZ. I was booked and charged with a DUI. Brandon White and his team were all very helpful in reducing the stress of my situation. They treated me kindly and respectfully. I was able to get no jail time (apart from the night I was arrested), evaded possible felony charges due to almost killing myself and my passenger. Overall I recommend this law firm if you run into legal crisis.

Last February, I received a street racing ticket and used off the record to fight my case. They put me in contact with Brandon White Law. At first everything seemed great, other than the fact that they were charging me $3800 just to get to a plea. The other party, who got the same charges as me, in addition to a no insurance charge had 2 court dates and got a plea for $120 and a speeding ticket. For me, it took 6 months to get the same plea, in addition to paying $3800 for a lawyer. I should’ve just self represented and not dealt with the useless lawyers at Brandon White.

I chose this law firm because of the reviews, but apparently they aren't as accurate as implied. Their communication is terrible. Very disappointing. I have a timed plea offer and continuously wait for my lawyer to call me back to discuss it, I leave message after message and wait weeks. This is unprofessional and distasteful.
