Was an easy and fast to get stuff done

I would highly recommend The law offices of Brandon White. All of the staff handled themselves in an exceptionally professional manner. Sydney was an enormous help to my case. I could call her l, message or email her and She quickly responded to everything. I was so comfortable in dealing with My situation with her. I really do not know how I could have made it through this stressful time without her. Shannon, who is in the front office was also so exceptional. Her warm personality and professional demeanor was a delight. I would highly recommend this establishment based on my experience, especially with these two individuals.

I’m not a fan of leaving any kind of reviews but I was amazed with the treatment that was provided to me by Karen Quintana she was amazingly and very helpful every step of the way giving me a ease of mind during this difficult time.

UPDATE-How to go from 1 star to 5 star... Received a call from Brandon. He understood the situation, apologized, and immediately issued a refund to our card on file..... He made it clear he cared about the situation and was willing to make it right. Well done! We engaged in a contract review with a former attorney at the firm. The attorney billed his hours correctly. In turn, it left a small balance on our 'retainer' for services. When I inquired, the office manager conjured up paralegal services to cover the balance of our retainer. I spoke to the attorney we used and he confirmed there was zero paralegal time on this case... Having met Brandon in the past, I emailed him directly concerning this matter and he has not responded. I'd hate to imagine what is happening on much bigger retainers. I would recommend staying away from this firm and their questionable billing practices.

I am very cautious when seeking out an attorney for consulting. I called 3 attorneys in Scottsdale and 2 more in Mesa and Gilbert. I found this law firm and met with Matt Palfreyman to redo my Trust. He was very helpful, professional, and intelligent about Estate Planning. He spoke on my level of understanding and kindly answered all my questions (which were many).
