I received a criminal speeding ticket from the city of Glendale at a very unfortunate time in my life as I was going through the process of signing up to join the military. I never had to deal with a lawyer and didn’t know anyone that had either to recommend someone. I found Mr. White from reviews just like this one. Mr. White was very professional; he explained everything up front, charged a flat rate fee and was able to reduce my ticket to a regular speeding violation; I paid the fine and swore in yesterday. Brandon and his team is the BEST!! long story short got i ticket in the interstate on my way home coming from a trip at the grand canyon. I was cited a speeding ticket going 90+mph in a construction zone in an interstate. I thought i was in trouble really bad since im from cali and i do not know the rules in arizona as soon as i got the ticket i googled best traffic lawyers in the area where my ticket requests me to be summoned Brandon's website came up shoot him an email and man oh man he was fast to respond it was awesome a sign of relief on my end explained to him what happen after talking to him i Proceeded to hire him as my lawyer to represent me in my case every step of the way he updated me its awesome even had a chat with one of his team before the court date then wednesday afternoon i got an email citing my ticket has been closed and dismissed!!! this guys will truly help you get the best outcome things are not guranteed of course but nothing in life is just throwing it out there lol anyways if you like to have the best chance of fighting your ticker this is the people you need to talk to thank you again brandon and Jeff!!

Awful experience..... after agreeing to take my case Brandon White abandoned me on a Friday afternoon when my court date was the following Tuesday. I was on the way to the hospital when he told me to call the courts for an extension. I don't have my ticket with me as I had already sent it to Brandin White. I ended up in the Mayo Clinic for 8 days I have been released from Mayo and now need to travel out of state the for further treatment. My traffic ticket is still unresolved and my license is still suspended. I had the cash to pay him but no way to do it on line so he bailed on me. I still have cash need an attorney I have a speech impediment and I’m fight for my life with a car I can’t drive because of this unfortunate experience.

April 2018 I was pulled over in Apache county doing 89 MPH in a 65 MPH speed limit road. It happened on AZ-60 NW of Springerville, AZ. It was Saturday morning. The road was empty. Just me and God (And an officer lying in wait). I was looking for an attorney and by chance was lucky to find Brandon White. The problem I had with my case was that in Arizona, doing over 85 MPH ANYWHERE is considered criminally speeding which is a CRIMINAL citation unlike civil in most states. There was also a civil citation of driving without insurance. I driving a rental car. Would Alamo rent a car without insurance? I don't think so. I had documents but the officer was unimpressed. Brandon managed to have the civil citation dismissed and the criminal speeding citation dropped to a civil speeding citation of $246.62 (They are into round numbers in Round Valley Justice Court in Springerville). The citation was given 04/08/2018. The initial court date was May 10th. (not a too busy court). There were several postponements by the court but finally on July 31st. we had our plea and the judge accepted it. Brandon and his staff kept me in the loop all throughout the proceedings. Brandon had explained everything including realistic expectations. I felt that I am in good hands. I knew and expected there would be a fine to pay here. My main goal was not having a criminal conviction on my record and this had been achieved. Hope you drive without any incidents in beautiful Arizona (Arizona is truly lovely), while keeping in mind the 85 MPH ceiling. But, if you encounter AZ finest men in blue and a pen - Brandon White is your man.

I received a traffic ticket on Wednesday and have been going CRAZY trying to figure out how to get it reduced! Finally, today, Saturday at 5:30 at night I can across his website and left a message. He called me back with in 5 minutes (he stated that he knew having to wait all weekend for an answer would be unsettling). He gave me the information I needed and I feel so much more at ease! I couldn’t thank him enough! You’re a hero, Sir! Oh, and I’m driving the speed limit for the rest of eternity after seeing what AZ traffic violation fees are!!!!

To begin with, someone got back to us immediately and answered all our questions; then when hired, got right on to business, keeping us informed and getting court dates for both problems promptly. Fortunately, law enforcement did not show up on appointed dates, but we also think the fact that we hired a lawyer, maybe even specifically Mr. White, showed the court that we took them seriously. All in all, Mr. White took a really bad experience and made it quite pain free for us, the clients.
