We found out there was a judgement against my mother for unpaid HOA fees on her condo. We retained an attorney January 2017 who took a retainer but provided little to no service at all. The attorney failed to respond to court request emails or phone calls resulting in a judgment and a civil warrant to be issued against my mother.
