The lawyer I saw was rushing me and not patient and I could tell he couldn't wait for the meeting to be over. It was just for a consultant and send demand letter. Not pleasant experience

Worst place they started off great and they were sneaky and not transparent. They work for themselves and not with your best interests in mind.

I have a Class A drivers license (1 year) and for past year been employed driving a local semi-truck . I have not had any tickets, warning or infraction in over 15yrs. Now my license is my job I am even more cautious on or off work. I got a photo ticket in the mail, photo was of me in my personal vehicle , clocked doing 20mph in a 25mph (yes, 5 under posted limit) The legal battle was , the ticket claimed it was a 15mph school zone. So that doubles to 10 over in school zone. The closest school is a mile away and was not even in session at time of photo. I had countless facts/reasons I did not want to be wrongfully charged with this infraction. The CDL changes the severity because my employer has Zero Tolerance for School/Construction violations. I needed an attorney to represent me with my possibility of loosing my job over this ticket. I have had a legal insurance benefit I pay $40 month for that at no cost to me guarantees me representation in traffic matters (non dui or wreckless) I had 3 law firms listed under my Hyatt Legal Plan that could represent me and be paid by Hyatt at a fraction of their standard fees. So, I did not expect much since it was a CDL , a lot more work than nonCDL, a set fee,not an hourly rate that the attorney is paid. During and even after the consultation I was concerned I had not picked the right attorney. Steven had mentioned he had some experience in traffic matters but it was not his specialty. How pleasantly surprised I was that day in court ! I , and everyone present , could see that, The Law & pure human kindness is Stephens specialty!! Stevens compassion for my case poured out in such a unique, refreshing manner. Had he been the standard big shot or aloof ,passive attorney the Prosecutor and Judge would NOT have backed down from this photo ticket. The only arguable factor that had EVER won was if person driving was the person in photo. Thanks to my compassionate and multifaceted Attorney, Stephen J. This attorney has no personality to speak of but he is true blue. I love him and would use him again and again. He is a good guy and a good lawyer!!!
