I reluctantly searched for a family practice lawyer on the internet because I had no referrals. I was anticipating an upcoming, potentially life changing surgery and needed to get my affairs in order as soon as possible. After my initial consult with Brian Winter, I was sold. Mr. Winter was extremely thorough, informing me of things I hadn't even thought of. He told me what all I needed to have in place, for a Will, a Living Will, a POA, and a few other things, to insure my family would have whatever they (legally) needed to manage my affairs. Mr. Winter was professional, respectful and compassionate. He assured me all the legal documentation would be ready for me BEFORE my surgery, which was only 1 week from the date of our consult. I highly recommend Brian Winter and the staff at Stewart Law Group for estate planning. It certainly put my mind at ease, knowing my medical and financial affairs are in order, and that they are exactly as I want them. I completely trusted Mr. Winter, because he demonstrated that he had MY best interest at heart. He did this by going through every single page, explaining to me what it was saying, and he wouldn't let me sign until I agreed with, and understood everything that was there. Thanks Mr. Winter!!!

Horrible. I was told by this place that I had to file for chapter 13 even though all my debt was business related. Several other lawyers had told me that I absolutely qualified for chapter 7. When I protested this advice from this office I was kicked out because I was disrespecting her. Imagine all of the people who have used this lawyer and were falsely advised that they had to file chapter 13!! I was so upset I considered picketing their office to warn others of their gross malfeasance!!! It should be a chargeable offence to dispense BAD information. This seems to be a personal bias from this particular lawyer. Go to many lawyers to find out the truth. This so called expert would have squandered years of my life paying back debt that I unfairly incurred due to being forced out of business through no fault of my own. Run!

i recently had to get a Bankruptcy done, Since ive never done that before Az Lawyers Helped me every step of the way. I need to get a bankruptcy done so I contact AZ lawyers and consulted with Heather. She helped me every step of the way. She took my issue to heart and ran with it like it was her personal issue. I actually felt like she cared about my situation. Without the help the AZ lawyers I would be in serious terrible with my finances. Once again Heather was wonderful and I can’t thank her enough.

Nicole Bernabe and Giancarlo Sapelli handled my case and I was extremely happy with what I got regarding parenting time and decision making for my daughters. I am a male and as you know males usually get the raw end of the deal when it comes to divorce and custody cases in Arizona. However, my attorneys made everything a level playing field. I think both my ex-wife and I got what we wanted for our daughters and co-parenting while divorced is going to be tough but thanks to our lawyers we have the processes in place to make it work. I Have been looking for a decent bankruptcy lawyer for some time so i was very relieved when i found these folks. The first impression i got from the receptionist was amazing. She was very friendly and helpful and really was able to answer all my questions. The lawyer i met with was equally great. He listened to me and was wonderful explaining and really helping me with the whole process. I really cant thank them enough for everything and i recommend them to everyone.

I hired Giancarlo Sapelli to represent me in a custody battle I was having with my ex wife and it turned out to be very bad decision on my part. I did not find out how bad my decision was until we went to court. While I was on the stand I learned that Mr Sapelli failed to file my paperwork in a timely manner and what paperwork was filed was wrong. While Mr Sapelli was pleading my case the judge told him several times that the court had no paperwork from the father and he did not understand what Mr Sapelli expected to him to do. Mr. Sapelli also admitted to the late paperwork being due to his vacation "and it was entirely his fault it wasn't filed in time" my ex wife's lawyer exploited Mr Sapelli's gross negligence. In conclusion the Judge was unable to use any of my proposed changes to parenting time, child support or decision making while making his decision and was only able to award me time my ex- wife had offered to give me. Upon hearing the Judges decision I contacted the Mr. Sapelli with my complaints and requested a refund for services that were done incorrectly. The firm denied my request stating they were only willing to discount the final bill, refund me nothing and set me up with another lawyer on their firm. I was unwilling to trust a firm that had already done such a bad job so I filed a complaint with the State bar. The Arizona State Bar agreed with me that malpractice had occurred the are disciplining Mr. Sapelli. Since then I hired a different attorney and went back to court where I was awarded everything I had originally asked Mr. Sapelli to fight for. I have contacted the firm letting them know the finding by the State bar and the fact that I won my case and again asked them to refund my money and forgive the final bill and again they are refusing to take accountability for their mistake and I am forced to file a lawsuit.
