Ms. Davis was incredibly helpful in guiding us through this difficult process. She has an amazing regard for not only children but for the law, she proved to be very passionate and knowledgeable. Ms. Davis guided us through many areas of self-help as well as offer sound advice on when she should become involved. Her interest was truly in us and the involved child more so than her own bottom line; it was refreshing. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

When I was facing a possible termination of my parental rights and my relationship with my daughter, Heidi Ann Davis was there to help me and get my head back in the game when I felt like I was going to lose. Every parent's worst nightmare is the thought that CPS may come into your home and take your children. After an incident between two of my children a mandatory reporter called to report that my children may be in danger. I immediately called Heidi. She helped me understand the interplay between the police, CPS and the juvenile justice system. Having Heidi available through a very scary time made all the difference in the world to my family.

She is awesome and straight to the point! She created a family we can call our own. A mother was going to lose her children but not without a fight. The mother ended up passing away and the father was in prison. She got the case turned over to us and we were able to get my daughter out of the system after recently discovering I even had a daughter! Her sister was also in the system and she helped us get them both out and now we have a family we can call our own. She has made our dreams come true! Thank You Heidi!!!!

My case was pretty straight forward, but I would have gotten railroaded multiple times if I did not have Heidi. She is intelligent and uses her skills to put you in the best position you can be in. I needed her in court and she was always there, prepared, and willing. I would recommend her to anyone seeking her expertise. You would be lucky to have her on your team.

I reached out to Ms. Davis's office while seeking information on the DCS process. We are not in need of a lawyer for a court case at this time and hope to keep it that way. In 2 minutes she explained what had taken me 4 days of research to understand. I've consulted multiple lawyers in regards to the investigation my family is involved in and she is at the top of my list should we need to hire someone.
