I was charged with simple assault in Arizona, which I feel as though I was wrongfully charged. I hired an attorney through Sean B. Hamp and Troy Anderson became the attorney who represented my case. He was wonderful. I reside in Las Vegas and communication was never an issue. Whether it be online or through phone, any changes, documentation or updates to my case I was informed immediately. Consulting with Troy made me feel more at ease about my case because he was very knowledable in what we discussed. Based on what I advised were my concerns and what I wanted the outcome to be in my case.. ie all charges dropped, He suggested what he felt would be a realistic outcome in my best interest and the steps to attain that result. If I opposed and wanted to go to trail, he was in support of that as well. All around Troy was diligent and all my request were met. My charges are to be dropped under certain circumstances ie: community services/anger management which i can complete online. Troy was in time at my hearing.
