I highly recommend Rahnema Law. I live in Melbourne, Australia and had an aunt who passed on a couple of years ago. She lived in Lake Havasu City AZ. I was Co Trustee of her living estate and without Richard's involvement would not have been able to honour her will and close out probate. He is very professional, courteous and his fees are very reasonable.

Richard was very good to work with even though I was out of state. He kept the estate moving completing what he needed to get done and supply me with the information I needed to complete and get back to him. He is very knowledgeable and has a plan to make things work in order. I would highly recommend Richard and his staff.

My Brother Duncan recently passed away in Lake Havasu City, AZ. I live in Idaho, my other Brother Russ lives in WY. As we are the last living members of the family, we met in LHC to take care of Dunc's Estate. We both dreaded this, but were fortunate to have my brother's realtor highly recommend Richard to assist us with the needed steps to close his estate. Richard proved to be an excellent choice. He helped us setup probate, filed all needed court actions in a timely manner and proved to be very responsive to all my long-distance questions and requests for help. He made what could have been a complicated and stressful job very easy. With him advising me in each step of probate, I was able to complete the closing of Dunc's estate from my residence in Idaho. Mr. Rahnema was very helpful in the sad months after my father passed. He and his team provided personal support and made things so much easier. Rahnema Law is the BEST! In 2019 my parents filled out a Beneficiary Deed and filed it with the county. Their intent was to leave their home to family and avoid probate. Two years later both my parents passed away. Unfortunately, they made an error on the deed that was filed, causing it to be invalid. This forced their estate to go into probate. We were referred to Rahnema Law by a local paralegal. I am so thankful for that paralegal getting me to the right person. Rich Rahnema informed us exactly what needed to happen, how long it was going to take, and how much it was going to cost. Everything worked out exactly as he stated and I couldn't believe the cost was accurate and reasonable.
