Eduardo told my Wife and I that he would take all costs out of our lawsuit once we won. Now when it's a month away from it being too late to file the lawsuit he's asking for $218.00 from me to file it Dec 28, 2019 was one of the worst days of my life a apartment fire that destroyed everything that I worked for and killed 3 of our dogs, and thinking that I was going to have justice served over my landlords negligence, Eduardo Coronado is going to let them get away with it, by breaking his verbal contract. Let this be my notice to file a lawsuit against you Eduardo for breaking your word.
