My mother and sister were Arizona residents and I live in Pennsylvania. My sister died unexpectedly and my mother, who had dementia, required 24 hour nursing care. I initially was put in touch with Jackson White by the long term care facility.I worked with JW on guardianship but my mother died so the plan had to be changed. Ryan Hodges took over the case, set up estates for both my mother and sister. It was quite a process and living 2000 miles away made it more difficult. Ryan was very professional and provided very specific directions and explanations and directives. I also appreciate the fact that he was very succinct and did not overwhelm me with too much information at one time. I had a response to my questions within 24 hours. This was my first time involved with probate and I needed and appreciated his expertise. I would highly recommend Ryan.

I contacted Ryan Hodges of Jackson White when a family member passed away without having left a Will. To complicate matters, she was a hoarder and it was difficult if not impossible to find any documents in her house. In addition, surviving family members all live in distant states. Throughout the probate process, Ryan was responsive to questions and concerns, provided materials promptly, and guided me through the process. In addition to dealing with the various required court documents, he provided advice about issues that came up, provided very useful local contacts (realtor, CPA), “to-do” lists as needed, and updates on how we were doing as the probate progressed. The entire process went smoothly and probate was completed in a timely manner. Ryan helped our family get through what was a difficult time without any additional stress from the probate estate process.

If you want justice for a loved one for medical malpractice, and wrongful death stay away from this law firm. They will only take your case if the victim and their family didn't sign any medical documents at the hospital. Not sure what planet they practice law on. What a waste of time.

I was Trustee for a friend's trust. I was set to sale and sign on a small piece of land in the Mohave Desert. My friend died the day before I signed to sell her land. It went into probate. Our mother had passed away in September, 2021. Our brother was listed as the successor trustee on her home in Lake Havasu, Az. Ryan Hodges, Attorney, was a God send for our family & helped us all the way through a Probate when my sister passed away during an awarded Class Action Law Suit for Roundup. Unfortunately we ended up having to go through probate, even though my sister had written a Will, designating her Roundup award.
