I've used Counxel Legal Firm twice now - one was for a solar contract dispute and another was for a non-compete agreement review. The first time around, they were great, and I felt really supported. The second, unfortunately, I feel like I got ripped off for $250. I simply wanted a lawyer to review and redline a two page non-compete agreement. The lawyer returned with some high level feedback about what looks wrong with. When I told him I knew of these things and that is why I was reaching out, he went and left the same comments on the contract and said the he had completed the project. I then turned around and used AI and it reviewed my contract, gave me excellent redlines, which I sent back to my employer and really helped me avoid putting myself into a compromising situation. No thanks to Counxel! Sorry, at this rate, you'll be replaced by AI in these smaller services.

My experience and opinion is that Counxel legal firm is simply a launch pad for attorneys coming to Arizona from blue states trying to get a foothold in an effort to start their own legal firm. Those attorneys offer clients an opportunity to come with them as they dump this firm. New clients should research their attorney’s historical places of practice.
