Very below average legal representation. Hands down one of the worst contract drafting legal teams I have ever experienced. So bad that nothing in the contract could be enforced even if needed. When asked about why the contract was so vaguely written you just get a “sorry”. They definitely do not care about what’s best for you, only about getting you deep in a case to do the bare minimum. As well, once official representation is concluded and ended, they will continue to do admin work for 2 weeks and expect you to pay it. I would not recommend this team for anything business related…. Carolyn will get nasty with you at the drop of a dime and every communication I had with her was under-toned with a terrible attitude. Cameron is a good lawyer and stern but was only given my case after the attorney I was assigned left the company. The original Lawyer physically shook from nerves in an arbitration case hearing if that gives you any idea how prepared this team will be on your case. EDIT & UPDATE 2/27/2024: Carolyn, the beacon of light in my previously mundane existence, has recently graced me with a revelation from the beyond. She informed me she departed from the firm. She did so by unearthing, definitely not stalking, my personal number via the archives of Google and decided to bestow upon me a sunrise serenade at the pleasant hour of 8 AM on a blissful Saturday morning. Her request? That I erase my “less-than-favorable” review of her services as perceived in my personal non factual opinion. Let's pause for a moment of clarity here: my past musings on Carolyn's potential for unpleasantness were as I know now definitely misguided. Following a voicemail where she 'politely' suggested a revision of my review, or if not I face the wrath of a defamation lawsuit, my eyes have been opened as to how wrong I initially was in my opinion. Carolyn, contrary to my initial opinion, is the epitome of kindness and professionalism. The mere thought of her engaging in any form of nastiness now seems like a distant, laughable fantasy. Especially after the demand and threat of a pending lawsuit. Therefore, I must wholeheartedly retract any previous opinions and affirm that Carolyn is, without a shadow of a doubt, a paragon of kindness and civility. My stance has been thoroughly reformed, in hopes that this revelation in personal opinion on my experiences with her will dissuade any legal actions she previously threatened. This statement marks the conclusion of my updated personal opinion also known as “review” of my experience, encapsulating the entirely positive and in no way adversarial all shared in the context of exercising my First Amendment rights.
