I had a good experience here. I didn't end up retaining the lawyer, but that was at no fault to them. I was provided alot of information and answers during my strategy call, to which I was very grateful and it guided me to choose another option other than suing. Their retainer fee is actually pretty low compared to other firms so that is good, and if my situation continues then I might end up actually retaining them. Overall, I was very satisfied with this office.

I was referred to Counxel legal firm and they responded so quickly with excellent customer service. The attorney called me prior to my appointment date, took his time explaining the matter in details. He provided legal advices over the phone. I was satisfied with the end result and will refer family and friends.
