No one ever wants to obtain an attorney, go before a judge or be handcuffed and taken to jail and accused of a crime, but it happened to me. I was around the scene of the crime at the time. I had visited with a few other attorneys who told me that this wasn’t going to be a difficult case, and they could do a great job. Mr. Hogle felt like I did that it was going to be difficult to prove my innocence. Attorney Hogle explained everything in detail, what happens if everything goes according to plan as well as the possible bumps. A process that could have taken six months was 2 1/2. This is because everything he said he would do he did.

I research for days for the right law firm. I found cheaper lawyers but my focus was on the one with the best results. I recently retained his criminal defense services to help me fight two separate charges, one of which was a felony. Today it has been over two months since the day I hired him, and we received a complete dismissal on BOTH charges. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Hogle. In my experience working with him as my defense attorney he was extremely aggressive with the prosecution. My case involved multiple misdemeanor charges. His staff was always prompt in responding to all my questions. The legal team of Mr. Hogle’s was always guiding me step by step throughout the process and showed me the right path. He was very prepared for every meeting and answered any questions I had promptly. Mr. Hogle took a lot of interest in my case, whether this was helping me fill out applications for the pre-trial diversion program, advising me to start my community service earlier, or just submitting any documents that would further strengthen my case. In July of 2015 I made the stupid decision to drive home w/ friends while I was still under the influence. I was pulled over in Mesa and charged with a DUI. I was under the age of 21 so I blew over the legal limit for my age. The next day after my arrest and they were helped with questions about the entire DUI process. I worked with 2 of the attorneys and they are both great lawyers and helped me not just with my legal issues but how I could get my license back as soon as possible. I had no clue on how to take on this situation, but they simplified all the legal terms I was unfamiliar with and the steps that I had to take to potentially win my case. Their guidance on what to do and their expertise in the courtroom, they managed to win my cases with the MVD so I never had my license suspended and he managed to get my DUI charge dropped down to a reckless driving charge instead which was a relief compared to having a DUI on my record. All the staff and attorneys handled everything in a professional manner and we managed to settle everything in less than 3 months. I highly recommend the entire team for anybody that goes through any situation similar to mine.

I am almost done with my litigation for criminal charges with Dana and Leonard as my attorneys. I can honestly say they are both is a kind hearted and patient lawyers. As I write this I haven't had all the money to pay my legal fees and instead of dropping me as client they have, several times been willing to work with my on payments. I can tell that the lawyers communicate between each other and when they show up to one of my appearances they are locked and loaded. I will update my review when we are finished with our litigation.

I got into a motorcycle accident 2 years ago In April. I was out of work for 7 months piles and piles of medical bills and a motorcycle that I still never repaired. I had a really bad experience with Law Tigers and walked away from that. I was really debating on whether I should even try anyone else but I knew I had a case and didn't want to quit when I knew I was a victim. I know a guy named Brian that was talking up a storm about how his buddy "Dan Hogle" is the best lawyer and how he would be the best fit for my case. So, I called, set up an appointment to talk to someone and brought in my textbook full of medical bills, records, and police report. This is all in December when I set this meeting up so I'm not too sure who the lawyer I spoke with was (I only met and talked to him ONCE). So we started talking about my case, drawing pictures of what happened, going over what we could do to move forward, man he sold me so quick. He was energetic, assertive, and seemed wicked smart. I was sold on this guy so I signed the paperwork for him to help me out and gave him my giant file, shook hands, said he would be in touch soon and then go from there. I left feeling wicked confident and happy. Then.... I didn't hear a thing until one day in April I called to see what was going on. I talked to a women and gave her all my info to look me up. She finds me in the system and says to me "So they are still working on your case it just takes a little bit to go to the next step" she then proceeds to tell me that she will have someone contact me. Didn't give me a date or time she just told me someone would call me. So, I trusted her and hung up the phone and went on with my business. It's now June and I'm not happy at all. I call to see what the hell is going on and of course, no one answers. I left a voicemail and then received a text message from a "Victoria" who asks if I have the right law firm because I'm not in the system. I respond to her stating I'm in there and I would like to talk. She then states she's out of town and she will get back to me on Monday. Monday comes by and I wait and wait until I call them to see if she's working. Well like before, I get the voicemail again and leave ANOTHER message where I'm STILL waiting. I text her yet again telling her I haven't heard back from anyone and 24 hours later, no response. I called one more time and surprise surprise. NO ONE ANSWERED. I thought Law Tigers was bad but NOTHING compares to this type of service. No one should ever have to go through what I've gone through so do yourself a favor and look for another lawyer. Maybe if I was a drunk driver I would have had better service.

Although The Hogle Firm doesn't focus in the area of law that I found myself in, they were more than happy to work on my case and excelled in every area. This was my first experience with anything legal and Dana and his team was more than happy to repeatedly explain everything to me and my over-involved family in extensive detail. They had so much compassion and understanding in my case and made me feel as though they truly cared about the outcome and how my future is affected. The team worked with me on payment plans and were very understanding of my financial situation. I have never met a team of people more focused and passionate about their line of work. The Hogle family encountered a very personal tragedy in the middle of my case, but accommodated well and kept me on track with court dates and deadlines for clearances with my school. I couldn't have asked for better legal and personal support when my life was completely turned upside down. Dana Hogle and his brother not only helped me win my case and achieve the very best outcome possible in all areas that it affected, but they also helped me learn a lot about myself in the process. I am forever grateful for their excellent service.
