In Short, I can't speak highly enough about Thomas Grier and what he has done for my family. This was my first time ever needing a lawyer and I did not know where to go. A friend of mine referred Thomas Grier so I decided to give him a call. From the first phone call he not only helped me feel validated in my frustrations with the insurance company, but he also took a personal interest in my situation. He did all the leg work in finding Doctors and working with both insurance companies. He always told me that my job was to get feeling better and he would take care of the rest. True to his word, I never had to worry about anything other than going to my Doctors and Physical Therapist. Overall I've been very happy with the service he provided and I would recommend him to anyone.

We had a case against one of the largest property rental companies in AZ. The individual we were in trial against has dozens of negative review online and is known as a “slum lord”. We attempted to break our lease after discovering there was toxic mold in the house. We interviewed a few different lawyers and did hours of online research before first contacting Mark to talk about the legal steps and process to breaking the lease. We proceeded to sit down with him for a paid consultation. The one hour consultation was extremely valuable as we learned how to take the correct steps to prepare if our landlord was to take us to court (which he later did). Mark was extremely responsive and when we were served notice we would be taken to court, he not only managed our emotions, but moved very quickly to take the right legal steps in our favor that later played a large factor in the decision of our case. When it came time for mediation, Mark went from the smily/happy/nice guy that he is and put on his game face. It was really great to watch how sternly he fought in our defense, although we didn’t settle (other parties decision that later worked out in our favor) I felt extremely confident going to trial with Mark as our representative. Mark helped prepare us for court, line up witnesses, and prepared our defense. I can whole heartedly say he dramatically out prepared and performed our opponents lawyer (who is known as the top “landlord/tenant” lawyer in the state). It was truly impressive, to the point I left the trial thinking there is no way we lose this case. That turned out to be true, we were awarded the case and all legal fees were declared to be paid by our opponent. Mark is currently in the process of helping us collect on those fees and will likely be pursuing 3x’s our security deposit. I can’t thank Mark enough for his work and efforts to turn one of the worst nightmares in our life to a positive situation. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mark Tucker!!!!
