I highly recommend Thomas and his staff -they were so great to work with and made my life so much easier. I called Thomas after the insurance co became difficult to work with. They took over the case and I didn’t have to worry about it again. And he got me more money than I thought possible. Thomas always texted or called me back whenever I had a question which I appreciated too.

He Does not hold himself accountable for communicating what needs to be accomplished, or status of a case or any problems or errors in the established relationship. I have never been treated so disrespectfully (totally irgnored) from someone who most certainly knows better and gets paid quite well for service. In one of my phone conversations I asked him to send (or in his case resend) the judgment price agreement. He never sent (or resent) it to me (i can't sign something not sent) and when I asked for status of the judgment he totally ignored me, instead of saying something to the effect "here again is the contract for you to sign for us to move forward" or "in case you still dont have the judgement contract to sign, here it is again". I had to complain to the bar just to get a response/acknowledgement out of him. He totally wasted my time and did not honor the process necessary for tenant damage reimbursement we agreed upon. Now I have to basically start over again. Do not waste your money on this incompetent attorney!

Me Tucker made several mistakes on some very important documents that costed my family a huge loss he's very incompetent and should not be practicing law at all then on top of his mistakes charged me twice for a terrible job instead of correcting his mistakes very crooked and unprofessional I would recommend using him to my worse enemy
