I could not be more pleased with my experience working with Rasmussen Injury Law. Finding myself in a place where I would need a person injury lawyer isn’t something that I could’ve foreseen but I am so happy I was introduced to this firm and this team. Chase, my attorney, was responsive, empathetic and transparent from the first time we met. It was a long and strenuous process but I felt safe knowing that he was representing me. He took the time to listen and understand every step of the way. Through every stage of the process he did not seem motivated by a fee or personal gain but instead making sure that my needs were met. Now that I’m at the end of this process I can reflect and say that not only is Chase and exceptional lawyer but a fantastic person for all that he did. Chris, the paralegal who helped move my case along, was fast, communicative and effective. Any action items, time sensitive or not, were handled quickly and efficiently. If I needed a question answered or an update on the case, Chris was there every step of the way. I’m so thankful to have worked with this team. My case was not cut and dry and in the beginning I felt like the odds were stacked against me. Rasmussen Injury Law fought for me and for my needs. They delivered a settlement that was more than I could have ever asked for and have truly changed both me and my family’s lives.

My experience with Rasmussen injury law was a great experience. My lawyer was chase and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer he was patient and explained everything with detail and would always update me with any news of my case. Chase at Rasmussen Injury Law did an excellent job with our case. I own a small plumbing company & one of my employees was rear ended. The other insurance company couldn’t cover everything in my own insurance company was giving us the runaround. Chase did a great job in handling everything with both insurance companies & got everything covered. I highly recommend them!

Eric is the BEST!! We were having such a hard time getting the other guy's insurance to even pay attention to us, and if they did, they denied any responsibility even though the accident was their client's fault. I was going around and around in circles, making phone calls trying to prove the other guy's insurance needed to pay and spending so much time that I felt was being wasted by their responses, or lack thereof. A friend recommended Eric Mollenhauer to help us get this whole nightmare taken care of once and for all. From the start Eric was fast and professional. He got to work for us right away. The other guy's insurance wouldn't pay attention to us but they sure paid attention to Eric! The letters he sent to them were short and to the point and they got results fast. Eric was also very helpful with my son in figuring out how to act; he really took the time to make sure my son understood what was going on and what he needed to do. I cannot say enough good things about Eric. Helpful, knows his stuff, really put my son's best interests first, and explained what was going on and in a way that my son easily understood. I never thought I'd need an attorney for anything but I never had to deal with insurance this bad before. I'm forever grateful for Eric. I'm going to recommend him to every single person I know and shout it from the hillside because ERIC IS FANTASTIC.
