I would not even give this company 1 star. If you want an attorney that states repeatedly how they dont want to be at court, and puts in zero effort and bills you for things that were not completed then give this firm a chance. The most unethical, non productive attorney I have ever experienced.

I had one consultation with Mark and before he was even my lawyer he looked at the case and acted as my lawyer and called the opposing lawyer right away to get more details about a ridiculous acquisition i was up against. That moment I Hired Mark as my attorney for a custody/divorce settlement. I was up against some tough odds going into the case hearing trying to win custody of my son and Mark and his team did everything in his power to make sure I would get custody of my son. I had only one court date and my own lawyer wasn't able to show up so another lawyer from the office came in Gillespie place to represent me which was annoying considering I'm paying A LOT OF MONEY for my lawyer. After just one court date I'm stuck paying a big bill and I still don't understand how it's so much. Save your cash and look around before coming here.

Stop. Stop picking the first family law attorney you run into. Stop turning to the 'Best Family Lawyers in Phoenix' list. Stop comparing the hourly rates of the attorneys. Stop and read this first. It took a long and hard three years to get my divorce concluded but matters relating to custody, child support, etc. kept the case alive for another almost ten years. It was an involved case, I agree, but one I thought I should have prevailed on. It didn't happen and I place the blame entirely on two successive attorneys who took my case. I finally asked around and found Ellsworth Family Law. Mr. Glenn Halterman represented me and he was able to turn the case around. After drowning in failure and misery for about ten years, Glenn finally fetched justice for me. A great deal of money was spent (should I say wasted?) and the only attorney who deserved any payment was Glenn. So if you have a family issue, perhaps a bad divorce or a small child-related issue, or something else in between, go to the Offices of Ellsworth Family Law. Whether you are a woman or a man, at least call and talk to them.
