His communication skills allowed me to understand complicated legal requests which gave me a feeling of great comfort. Kevin helped me receive 50/50 shared custody for my son and I can not explain how happy my son and I are! Without Kevin I'm not sure if I would have received the custody I received with my son. Nathan took care of my personal injury case. He is very knowledgeable and easy to get ahold of whenever there is a question or concern. Marty did a great job of collecting all of my documents from the various medical providers and was very friendly. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process.

I was served divorce papers in January 2015 from my ex, (after 27 years together). Her attorney was viciously aggressive for her client. This created extremely stressful conditions for me. I interviewed Kevin, and thankfully, he signed on to represent me. Kevin calmly and patiently explained my rights and obligations. He immediately eliminated much stress by blunting opposing counsel's never ending, ridiculous demands. He advised me as to my legal options and vigorously defended me against the malicious allegations from opposing counsel. The greatest lawyer ever... he saved my 16 career I created for myself. Kevin defended me from 2- injunctions of harassment's. He know the the law and is direct in his guidance, but the guidance he gave me helped in court room. Nathan Cooley exceeded our expectations! After my husband was hit by 4 vehicles in an accident on the freeway our car was totaled and we had no idea what to do. Thankfully his chiropractor (Ben Johnson at Recovery Chiropractic -- he's awesome as well) referred us to Mr. Cooley and we are so happy he did! Kevin Vale took over my case when my attorney (in the same firm) was unavailable. I first met him during an RMC in court. Although he was not familiar with my case that had been ongoing for over a year, he represented me very well in front of the judge and even prevented the need for further hearings by making some very good points about the situation to the judge. As a result, my case was finally finished successfully after over a year. Kevin proof that he was extremely knowledgeable about the inns and outs and procedures of family law. Over the following weeks, he answered all of my questions with great thought and detail and very timely. I definitely got the feeling that the entire law firm was one united team. One of the greatest benefits for me ( unlike law firms that I've dealt with in the past ) is that I get to communicate with the actual attorneys rather than the paralegals. I am very impressed with Mr. Cooley and would recommend him to anyone looking for a qualified attorney to represent them in pending litigation. I did some background on Nathan the same as anyone I Googled him and the accolades were to say the least impressive. But it was his handling of my case that spoke the loudest he is relentless in his methods of recovery and knows how to get the job done. My case was very complex yet in the end I was awarded a very fair settlement something my first choice of counsel failed to do.
