Speeding to work resulted in a hefty criminal speeding ticket on my part and Mr. Tobin came through big time. After a couple talks and some paperwork he had all he needed to represent me and get my case dismissed and handled by completing an online driving course. He was easy to work with, affordable, and I never set foot in court once. Big thanks to him an his team.

Mr. Tobin was outstanding. He could tell I was extremely scared and nervous about the situation I was in, but assured me that it would all be ok. He helped me understand all aspects of my case and was both communicative and responsive. He specifically knows the Tempe courts well and this definitely helped in my favor. He helped me be proactive in resolving my case and went above and beyond to make sure I stayed compliant with the courts and MVD. Mr. Tobin is also affordable and offers payment plans. I couldn't have picked a better attorney to help me with my case. Tim truly treated me like a human being vs just another number on his list. After being fully paid, he insisted we keep fighting for a better plea vs take the original offer. In the long run I was given the best possible plea deal I could have been given. Tim answers my questions or concerns soon after they are sent. He has always made himself available when I needed to visit with him. If I ever need help again in the future, I will definitely be working with Tim again. I would recommend Tim to anyone!

Tim helped me with what was one of the hardest times of my life. I made a mistake and drove intoxicated. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, he was very professional, he was friendly, understanding, and always kept you informed. Given that he was a former prosecutor as well, I knew I could rely on him as he could put both hats on. Was very satisfied with the outcome regarding the unfortunate circumstance.

Mr. Tobin was extremely professional and detailed from the start. He always contacted us throughout the case giving numerous updates and details of how things were going. We never felt like we were in the dark, and everything was always communicated with us. Any components, scenarios, or important dates that were involved in the case were sent to us and talked about over multiple platforms to make sure of no confusion. I heartily recommend Tim. From my first contact to my only court appearance, he was thorough and professional. He promptly answered my many questions, explained the laws relating to this misdemeanor, and met with the prosecutor several times. He negotiated a very good plea agreement and led me through the appearance before the judge. Whenever I panicked during this months-long process, he was a calm and steady guide.
