Tenants enter into an agreement to pay rent. When they don't pay, they seem to think they are entitled to stay in someone else's property indefinitely for free. The American legal system is overly concerned with protecting the rights of tenants. Property owners have rights too. Business is business. We hired Chad Walton of Waltlaw to help us rightfully evict a non-paying tenant. It was not a quick process. The deadbeat played every legal game to maximize his free stay. Attorney Walton is competent, direct and efficient. He communicated with us every step of the way so we knew exactly what to expect and when. I signed up through legal shield for help with a slumlord. She was attempting to evict me for complaining about a plumbing issue. Chad told me she couldn’t do that, which turned out to be false. I found out through other lawyers and paralegals here in Arizona, landlords generally win in eviction cases, given that it is one of 3 “abandonment states”. He didn’t know about the fair housing commission, in order to have my apt inspected before my trial. He told me I would have to pay for a contractor, which would cost more money than I had, he implied. He instead tried to negotiate a deal with my landlord to move me out in 30 days. When I tried to talk to him about this, he said I was incorrect/lying, and asked him to negotiate the deal. I guess that’s why his website is called “kick them out quick”. He gives bad lawyers a worse name.

He thinks he can kick"em while they're down, and have the client do all the work. but in the off chance his narcissistic personality crosses an extremely persistant warrior that is not in the wrong and being discriminated against , he will find that his very purpose in his professional career will no longer hav e value. and to continue in his blinded aspects of trying to kick others while down, he will be cursing himself and any reward he obtained while under "soul selling" contract he aquired, will be awarded to the down trodden.

Chad was the incredibly responsive and stepped me through the whole process. If any landlord has a difficult tenant, I totally recommend Chad. He WILL get the job done!
