I had Logan Tinker as my attorney, and I cannot put enough emphasis on just how positive my experience was. I was walked through every step of the process of getting the claim on my auto accident and was communicated with thoroughly. The really impressive part is that I had been informed about a year ago that I had a check ready for pick up but there were still some back-and-forths about whether or not a reduction could happen, resulting in my sum growing and my reception of a second check. I had forgotten about this (having assumed it didn’t work out) until just today, when I learned from Tinker that he had never given up, and after going back and forth for the entire year, he was able to produce that second check. I was rendered completely speechless. I still am. That kind of dedication and care for his clients makes me so grateful Tinker is in his field. Fantastic work!

10/10 recommend!!! Matt Riggs is honest, humble, and helpful. He and his team will create the strongest case possible for you like he did with me. At the end of my personal injury case, I had agreed to continue to bring it closer to court, making more work for his team and raising his cut. When the case was resolved earlier than expected - and consequentially with less work than expected - Matt could have easily pocketed the higher percentage, but instead he acknowledged that he and his team were saved some work by an early resolution and would revert to the previous percentage. Keep in mind that he had ALL rights to pocket MUCH more than he did. In short, Matt is honest and upright. As one of his clients, I know that you can rest assured knowing that he'll take care of you and you will be glad to have chosen him as your legal representative! Their team NEVER pushed their own agenda on me, but rather laid out ALL of my options and which one they would recommend based on MY particular circumstances. I knew that they would respect whatever choice I made, never making me feel threatened or uncomfortable. This was a huge relief because, before I chose to turn to Matt, working with the insurance company was a nightmare! They were just gonna cover the medical bills, not to mention compensation for the months I was taken out of work and the permanent mental trauma and physical scars that were now my reality. I truly don't think I would have been able to fight an insurance company on my own. Having an honest lawyer and team was a lifesaver! I've never needed a lawyer before and consequentially didn't understand many of the legal processes and some of the legal jargon. They were glad to simply and clearly explain it to me, helping me know exactly what I was getting myself into. East Valley Injury Law will give you an advocate you can trust. Honest people like this who are good at their job deserve good business and I 1000% recommend that you give them a try :).
