Everyone in the office is very welcoming and friendly. They answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Matt Riggs is very experienced and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney.

2 stars is being generous. Terrible at responding to emails, even though they require you to copy three people on every email sent. I never received any accurate documents from the get go. Every document sent to me had to have clerical modifications made. They would set their own deadlines and promised me products by a specific date, but never follow through with said date. I constantly had to reach out and hound them for those documents, only to be given an inaccurate documents that needed changes. The attorney was stuttering while in court, and referencing random dates from different matters he was handling, that had nothing to do with my case. I was told my money needed to remain in their trust account for five days, and then would be released to me. This was stated to me 24 days ago and I have yet to receive my monies owed. I would never refer someone to this firm.
