I am so grateful to Brad and his amazing team for their hard work and dedication, during what seemed like a never ending court battle. Brad and Kelly were both extremely supportive, very knowledgeable, and are very familiar/well known within the Maricopa County Family court system. On day one, he asked me what my priority #1 was, and throughout the process he ensured that our #1 goal always came first. When you are experiencing something that will render as one of the darkest periods of your life, having a great team at your back to support, advise, and inform, is priceless. Thank you!

I recently went through a divorce after 26 years of marriage. Brad Crider's name was given to me by a divorce advocate after searching for a nearby attorney. I made numerous calls and no one returned my call. Once I had Brad's information I called his office and received a callback the next morning by Brad. We discussed my situation and he listened. I paid my retainer and felt good about my conversation with Brad. During this process Kelly (paralegal) was fantastic. Everyone was very informative and kept me in the loop. I felt like I was their only client. Shelby (legal assistant) was just a great. During our mediation Brad was fantastic. He was also great at preparing me for the mediation along with Kelly giving me details on what to expect. I did work with Kelly the most and I have to say that she was excellent and listened to me vent from time to time. These office is exceptional. During this time of stress it is very welcoming to be working with such a compassionate and educated staff on Divorce law. I would highly recommend anyone that is going through a divorce to contact Brad. I really cant say enough positive things about my experience working with this great team. I gave 5 stars because that was the max... this office deserves a 10. I greatly appreciate their efforts and will not forget it.

It was hard initially to get ahold of charlie because of his assistant not relaying any information to him. That person no longer works for him. Charlie called me back immediately after leaving a message with the front desk and everything was taken care of. The prices are fair and don’t break the bank. Get a attorney because it will save you more money in the long run

Brad Crider and his entire staff are amazing! They are truly dedicated to their clients, their wellbeing, their needs, their situations and most importantly what was in the best interest of my children. They do not judge people on how they came to be a position of needing to hire an attorney. Brad handled my divorce and custody case as if it were his own children he was looking out for. He is honest, he has integrity, he is insightful! He's a take charge kind of attorney and he will not back down. Hands down absolutely the best attorney I have ever dealt with.

I hired Brad Crider to handle my daughter's divorce and it was the best decision I could have made. Brad and his entire staff are professional and caring and they are extremely supportive. At my daughter's request, they allowed me to stay plugged into the divorce process so I could assist my daughter with understanding the process and so she didn't feel alone. I can be a bit of a pushy old lady and they didn't seem to mind it at all, actually seemed as if they welcomed it! They always had my daughter and my grandchildren's best interests at heart. They explained things in terms my daughter could understand, they made sure she was prepared for all court dates and trial. In the end, we couldn't have asked for better representation, my daughter got what she needed, custody of her children and a divorce that is finally over! VICTORY IS SWEET!!

The relationship with my ex has been deemed high conflict and for a reason. To say co-parenting with my ex is exhausting would be an understatement. I have been in court for roughly five years battling various accusations including parental alienation, child neglect and abuse. I was facing losing primary residence and all decision making rights. Because of this, I wanted to be represented by someone who was willing to get into the trenches with me and fight the accusations. Brad and his team did just that. His lead paralegal, Kelly, even gave me some advice that turned the case upside down in the best way possible. Brad, Kelly, and Shelby worked extremely hard for me and my kids. They were available to answer questions and to even offer emotional support when needed. They do not sugar coat possible outcomes, which can be hard to hear sometimes but I wouldn’t have it any other way. When we finally had trial in September, Brad was able to expose my ex for who she truly is thus making future cases easier to fight. I was able to keep primary residence, final decision making and more. I honestly don’t know if that would have happened if I had hired someone else. Brad and his team have won my trust and my respect. As mentioned, I know there will be more court cases in the future and I will use Brad for every single one. My advice would be to hire Brad from the very beginning if you want someone 100% on your side. Thank you Brad, Kelly, and Shelby for everything! Our family will forever be grateful for all y’all have done for us.

Hired Charlie to handle some legal hurdles.. I am so grateful to have worked with him. Not only was he honest and fair, he handled my case professionally and got results. He was fair in price and responsive when I would reach out. If he was unavailable, he made sure his paralegal would be available to help me. Thank you Charlie for everything you did for me. You helped me change my path, and through your services, you helped me close a chapter of my life that I never wanted to begin with. It has been 7 or 8 years since working with Charlie, but I would definitely recommend his legal services. I hope you know how appreciated you are by my family and I. Thank you and God Bless!

Charlie Naegle is a Charleton and his previous partner Bradley Justin Crider (a "family" attorney"). 4 years ago he took $3,500 for retainer on a Domestic Violence/Criminal charge. He was no contact for a month until the night before the hearing. He gave vague recommendations that night for a witness testimony. 45 minutes late and just previous to the hearing he stated, "they won't start till I show up anyway.. your testimony isn't what I asked for..". The hearing was over as we entered. The judge threw both of us out and awarded my home to the other party for 4 months. Ultimately, my cost about $40,000 I did not have. Threatened by the bar he remunerated $2,500 for - whatever. One month later, upon my own merits, the court rescinded judgement on the loss of my home but his partner Justin B Crider failed to file a motion for me to reaquire it. I was awarded the home at trial with great loss. These men are what good people warn you about. Their eyes do not countenance justice. I imagine they are wealthy. Wealth is their only friend.
