Horrible horrible customer service! Rod V. Sauaia, Esq. His so unprofessional, no hearted person. Takes advantage of people like my who I owned 1300 to my hoa and he added so many charges that I had to pay 2300. One of the wort people I ever talk to.

ROD is a complete con artist yet he calls himself an attorney. A bunch of ambulances chasers is what they are.

Simply the biggest most unfair firm ever! Had to pay more than $4,000 in fees and there's nothing we could do about it. I hope everyone who has encountered them leaves a review!

Stay aways from this lawyer since they won’t help you at all. Even they will make you to wait longer till after 300 days then they will denied your case. This lawyer is no good!!!!

Doors are locked and says "by appointment only". I had papers to drop off, so I called the phone number and got the answering machine. Waited for someone to come or go to ask for help, since there was no mail slot, but no one came or went. I looked at the small electric panels near the door and found what looked like a button, it was an intercom. I was let in to deliver the papers. The receptionist was literally on the other side of the glass from where I had been standing, calling and looking for how to deliver the paperwork.

$200 hoa fee, bill sent to old address for who knows what reason, with fees added $1300. So offer payment in installments, yes they can but with all the fees they add I'd never pay it off. Ok I'll come down and pay in full. We dont take cash, out with debt, sorry we dont take debit or credit cards!!! So 3 forms of cash transfer you dont take. Go to pay online, $40 convenience fee. Lol I just paid it to get these crooks out my life. If I ever needed any services and this company was the only company left on earth, well it would probably be cheaper to put myself through law school.

I've had the pleasure of communicating with Cynthia S. on many occasions and have always been pleased with the correspondence. She is an extremely professional and knowledgeable Legal Assistant. Thank you, Cynthia! I also want to commend Chad G. and Samuel R.for all of their assistance in handling inquiries and cases that have been brought to them. As a community manager, it extremely important to have strong communication with the attorney's that represent your communities. I am extremely pleased with the level of effort, professionalism, and communication put forth from these three individuals as representatives of this Law Office. Thank you, all!

Hmmmm..I was there on business not of my own making, but they were helpful.

A horrible company and hostile company service representatives.. Multiple run ins with unprofessional staff. No one knows what is going on or whos case load you are assigned too. The company tacks on outrageous fees. They appear to have too many accounts and don't realize the customer service is sorely lacking. If you have a HOA that works with them, I suggest you boycott and get your HOA to change firms.
