I was recently involved in a matter concerning possible suspension of my drivers license by the Arizona Motor Vehicle Department. They had scheduled a telephonic hearing before an administrative law judge, and the consequences for me would have been devastating had I not been successfully represented by Mr. Leftwich. I would whole heartedly recommend Mr. Leftwich on the basis of his proven competence, and his willingness to provide me with his legal services at a very affordable fee.

I had several legal issues that covered many different areas of the law. All of which stemmed from my divorce from my ex-husband. While I was awarded the house in my divorce my ex-husband would not sign the deed to put the house solely in my name. In addition, my ex failed to keep the agreement to pay our credit card bill even though I gave him most of our valuable personal property. I was in a bad legal situation and could not get out!!! But, Mr. Leftwich was able to get my ex-husband to sign the property deed and even filed paperwork to get my house out of my ex-husband's bankruptcy. This allowed me to sell my house for $25,000.00 profit. I am grateful to Mr. Leftwich and I would recommend him to my friends and family. He was very kind and understanding during a time of great need.

Durning a difficult time in my life Charles Leftwich helped make it easer for us to start over. Mr.LEftwich took the time to answer all my questions. Returned my calls himself which is unheard of these days. Mr. Leftwich stopped a garnishment of wages dead in its tracks and stopped creditors phone calls. Mr. Leftwich never made me feel less of a person in fact he gave he my confidence back. He helped me understand that bad things happen to good people. Even after my case has ended Mr. Leftwich still answers questions and sends corespondent on my behave.

I have nothing but good things to say about Charles Leftwich and his staff. I was very nervous and worried about the whole bankruptcy process and Charles made me feel so much better by giving me a clear understanding of how the process worked, and what to expect. Everything happened successfully just as he promised. Charles is extremely affordable and professional.

My experience with Leftwich Law was really great and better than I expected. I was in financial hardship and I couldnt afford to pay my bills. I had a free consultation with the firm and they guided and informed me of my options and what would be best for me. They were very knowledgeable and they explained every step of the process as I had never filed bankruptcy before, this was all new for me. They keep me informed during my filing and pretty much shared with me what to expect during the process and after. All in all, I am very happy that I chose Leftwich Law as they were trustworhy, knowledgeable, and even very affordable! They even gave me a payment plan! Make sure you speak to these guys and you will be impressed.

I was recently involved in a horrible divorce from wife of over 20 years. Even though we had no children under 18 and my wife had been earning more money than I was she was still asking the Court to order me to pay alimony which I couldn't afford. I spoke with some lawyers who all said I had a good case but they also said theyd need $2500 dollars to fight it. I was referred to Mr. Leftwich from a friend of mine who had his bankruptcy done by Mr. Leftwich. Mr. Leftwich told me he thought that there was a good chance the court would refuse to grant my wife alimoney since she was better prepared to support herself than I was. He took my case on a very minimum fee. Then he was able to negotiate with my wife's attorney to bring the case to end without even going back to court. She dropped her demand for alimony and the judge granted the divorce without any further hearings. Some of my other friends ended up paying 10 or 20 thousands of dollars in there divorce cases so I was very happy with the service I was provided by Mr. Leftwich.

When my x husband tried to make me look like a bad parent in order to manipulate the courts into letting him have my children, Mr Leftwich was there to handle both my family matters as well as my civil matters.

Hiring the firm for dissolution of marriage, I quickly learned what a mistake I made. In the 5 weeks that I kept this firm retained, the communication was extremely poor. Issues were not addressed, and phone calls were not returned. They say they have a flat rate, however, the fine print (and ALWAYS read before you sign documents) says that there will be an hourly charge for "unreasonable work". If you choose to hire this firm, ensure that 'unreasonable' is defined and put in writing.
I fired this firm after the poor communication and represented myself in court until I was able to retain another law firm to handle my dissolution of marriage. I was told that because it was a "flat rate" there was no refund and in fact, I owed them money. Ha! I went home, wrote a letter requesting a refund for the unjustified rates they charged and also for charging me to complete paperwork AFTER I fired them. (If your employer fired you, would they continue to pay you? NO.) In my letter, I stated they would have 14 days to issue a refund or I would file a complaint with the state bar. I received a call from the firm 2 days after sending the letter; they would refund my money. When I went to collect the refund, I met Charles Leftwich for the first time. This should be another red flag to any one considering hiring this firm. Make sure you meet the lawyer and not just some paralegal when you interview the firm.
Just remember: Flat rate fee = flat rate service.
