I have worked with Trent numerous times over the past few years. I have referred him clients of mine and received personal advice from Trent on several estate planning questions. There is no one that I would trust more than Trent when it comes to business law, estate planning, and gun trusts. His ability to ask the right questions and provide comprehensive advice is unparalleled in his industry. He is extremely pleasant, sharp, humorous, and competent. He doesn't try to up-sell unnecessary services or give you advice based off of how he gets paid. You can tell that he truly values you as a client and will do what is right for you and your business no matter what. I had several friends who lost parents over the past few months so I decided I had better finally get around to doing my own Will, just in case something were to happen. I wasn't sure where to turn so I Googled it. I spoke with two document preparers because their prices were really affordable but I just wasn't comfortable with them. I don't know what it was but some of their answers to questions seemed superficial, as if they didn't really understand the law behind it. One document prep person was better than they other but I just felt uneasy about using them to prepare my Will. I decided to give an attorney a try and chose Woods Law Group based upon reviews online. My experience with Trent Woods was great. When I asked questions he took the time to answer them in a great detail and really seemed to know and understand the law. He explained the pros and cons of different choices and I felt so comfortable with the decisions I made. In the end, I did a trust and a will and feel really good about that. Yes, Woods Law cost me more than the document preparers, but it was money well spent. I am confident in my plan and the document. Best of all, I have a good understanding of how my plan will work and feel peace knowing that I am really prepared if something were to happen to me. I just didn't get that feeling with the two document preparers (even though one was a paralegal). I would highly recommend people at least talk with a Trent Woods.

Trent Woods is definitely the attorney to use when it comes to Probate and Estate Planning. He is ethical, knowledgeable, and experienced. Aside from being a very nice and approachable person he is someone you can trust. I would recommend anyone to Trent especially those that need to have Wills and Trusts in place to protect their family!

Trent Woods is THE GUY when it comes to Gun Law in Arizona. If you have guns that you want to leave to family members, make sure you talk to Trent. If you don't, you may inadvertently cause your family problems. Trent is a gun advocate and is a nationally know expert on gun law.
