If you want an attorney who is going to answer your every text, e-mail, and phone call immediately, this is not the man for you. But then, you're ruling out probably 80% of lawyers. If you want someone who knows what he's doing and will work hard for you to will win your case against difficult odds, go with Robert Larson. I went through an entire year being forcibly separated from my kids. It was the hardest year of my life. I began litigation in May and hired Robert in September-October. We had 2~ months before trial to prepare. There were many times where I, under extreme stress and anxiety, reached out to Robert (probably too much), and I was extremely upset and frustrated that I didn't always get answers as quickly as I wanted. But that was the emotional stress talking through me. I knew, but it's hard to be rational during these situations. That said, Robert always replied, always gave confidence, and was always straight up and showed a great knowledge. He instilled confidence all the way up until the day of trial. The last day before trial, things suddenly looked much more difficult. He acted in real time, used logic and good reasoning, and made strong arguments that ultimately won me my case and defeated those difficulties. During my trial, he impressed me by citing a tiny detail and strong argument in a mountain of data. I don't know that it factored in the final outcome, but it showed me that even when I didn't think he could possibly know such subtle bits on info when there was so much there, he did. The man was on top of things. Robert was friendly, compassionate, and understanding. I would recommend him to anyone. His prices are reasonable, he has appeared to work with others on payment plans (Don't quote me, that's in other reviews here, just didn't apply to me) and he's just a good guy. I won my case, I have my life back, and the hardest year of my life is over. Thank you, Robert. You have no idea what you've accomplished for me.

1 star is generous. Robert was reasonably priced (flat fee) and talked a big game. He didn’t show up on time to our first hearing and delayed my custody hearing by 6 months (covid, bad timing). Then was hurt that he had charged me a flat fee (are you kidding? You delayed me getting rights to see my daughter, by 6months). Then trial…I mentioned several times to save time to cross examine, he saved 2 minutes…I will give him that he made good use of those 2 but obnoxious. Then post trial, lots to get done in a custody case, paperwork and such(same case number btw), went completely dark, no response to me, other attorney, nobody. It is a good thing I was super prepared and did a ton of research. Robert was almost as useful as hiring a computer to teach you how to represent yourself. At the end of the day he cost me 5k and 6 months with my daughter…proceed with EXTREME caution?!!

Robert takes a very long time to respond to emails and voicemails (weeks). Prior to going to court for custody issues, he did not speak with me prior until I saw him at the courthouse. While I was being questioned by the opposing counsel, he was on his phone and not paying attention to even object to questions being asked to me. He delayed filing with the court as well as communicating with opposing counsel outside of the courtroom. I did not feel I was a priority to him.

We came to Robert Larson with a last minute legal emergency. Robert showed up to court the following Monday and we walked out winners. Because he was able to finish the case in a single hearing, he unbelievably lowered the cost!

Robert Larson was flawless! We reached out to him for a legal emergency. With only the weekend to prepare, Robert showed up for us with knowledge of our case and we won!!! Highly Recommended and absolutely reasonable with his fees!

I hired Robert for my case back in 2017. He represented me for a modification on my case. I was impressed of how much knowledge he had and how firm he was. He provides client satisfaction. Although my case is still an ongoing issue, I decided to rehired him to finish my case and he has been here every step of the way. He provides reasonable advice and explains every step of the way.
