My parents used Morris Hall for their estate planning needs for over 25 years, and they were very happy with the service they received. When my mother passed away, I helped my father work with Morris Hall to settle the estate and get his affairs in order. Tim Hall and Ashley Thomes were responsive to all of our questions, and were a pleasure to work with throughout the process.

I would like to thank Morris Hall for establishing both my parents and my trusts. I delt with Tim and Ashley and they both explained how to protect your assets. Ashley was extremely patient with all the questions and lack of answers I provided. Please note that the large amount of paperwork was beyond helpful in dealing with my parents affairs as they aged and passed. I cannot image not having a trust for those that are left to deal with your "stuff".

Everyone at Morris Hall, PLLC is absolutely amazing. They are all full of lovingkindness and helped with every step along the the way to getting our trust all set up. We are so grateful for all their help and love. I am so grateful for the peace we are filled not that we have our Trust all set up. I would totally recommend them. The whole team is so wonderful.

We completely updated our trust with Michael Halliday. Took his time explaining all the changes that needed to be made and at our signing he went through each section of the trust to ensure we had a full understanding of the contants. Recent death in the family called for some recognition that it’s inevitable for everyone and leaving behind no instructions just stupid. Whatever your assets are and whatever you want to happen to them requires legal documentation. MH helped us through the process of protecting those “wants” once we’re gone. Very professional and comprehensive.

Michael Halliday made the whole process very easy with his friendliness and knowledge. He uncomplicated the process and was very attentive to our needs. We even had some laughs while going thru what could have been a very dry and confusing process. Throughout the process Morris Hall et al were very attentive and accommodating.
