When accidents happen it’s not an experience anyone enjoys. I’ve been fortunate to have found Smith Alston Darner & Lee over 6 years ago after a car accident I was involved in. Smith, Alston, Darner & Lee PLC are absolute All-Stars when it comes to dealing with deceptive and obstinate insurance company practices. They know the law, and they are expert at getting insurance companies to step up and fulfill their legal responsibilities.
