The offices of Smith, Alston, Darner & Lee were there when we needed them. We were involved in a hit and run accident by an impaired driver. It's unfortunate but I think there is a new norm out there. Ignore people who make claims against your company for as long as you can. Maybe they will give up and go away. I would like to thank JD for his persistence and patience. It's been almost a year but my slip and fall injury claim has finally settled.

When accidents happen it’s not an experience anyone enjoys. I’ve been fortunate to have found Smith Alston Darner & Lee over 6 years ago after a car accident I was involved in. They know the law, and they are expert at getting insurance companies to step up and fulfill their legal responsibilities.
