We went with Fleming and Monroe for help with my wife's personal injury claim and couldn't have been more impressed and satisfied with them! Jacob Fleming was easy to work with and took care of all of the logistical stuff regarding our claim that we did not want to or have time to deal with and our settlement was much higher than we expected. Grateful for his help and expertise during that difficult time of our life. We would recommend Fleming and Monroe to anyone of our family or friends that could use their services!

Highly recommend Robert Monroe for any personal injury matter! My son and I were in a motor vehicle accident in 2021, and after going back and forth with Geico for nearly 2 years, I reached out to Bob for help. It was VERY last minute, as the timeframe in which you have to file a lawsuit after an MVA is 2 years. He jumped right on it and had it filed just in time! It wasn't something that we were expecting a ton of money from, but Bob worked his butt off being the middle man between Geico and myself, and was able to get my son and I significantly more than what Geico originally wanted to settle for. He also made special accommodations for the payout that were unique to my situation, without hesitation. About a month after the settlement checks were mailed to me, he reached out about a 40 cent error that he made on my son's check, and asked if he could send a check to me for that amount to make it right. I told him that $.40 wasn't worth the hassle and the postage, to just keep it. He was so thankful that he sent us an Amazon gift card for being understanding about the error. In total: he made my case a top priority because of the time constraints, worked quickly and efficiently with the information I was able to provide him, stayed in constant communication with me, was able to get us a much larger settlement than we were expecting, issued the payout under special circumstances, realized he made a tiny mistake, reached out to me about it to make it right, and then made it more than right in the end with a gift card as a "thank you" to us. 10/10 highly recommend, Bob is an outstanding human and a fantastic attorney, and we are so grateful to have had a friend recommend him to us!

Trust/Estate Planning

We have been thinking about our will and estate planning for a long time. Just never thought we had time to do anything. We also didn't know if we needed anything special. We are just "normal" people and kind of felt weird thinking about estate planning. Seems like something rich people would do. We finally made the call and worked with Robert Monroe. It was so easy. He was persoanable and explained everything so well. Very reasonable rates. no surprises. If you are thinking about your future, just call them and set up an appointment. its not as complicated as you think at it took a huge weight off my mind knowing that things are in place.

We went to Phelps LaClair for assistance in estate planning, in particular revising our wills and living trusts to be compliant with Arizona laws. We worked with Leighton Hendrickson and she was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We got it all done in a short amount of time and feel great about the end result.
