Mark Atchley and his excellent staff held our hands through every step of the lengthy process, while we lost papers, misfiled papers, sent the wrong papers, and generally made pests of ourselves. We started at the time the pandemic was also heating up, and Mark kept on top of each new development and let us know if we were going to be affected. His number one trait we didn't expect was his patience!

Mark and all of the office staff were responsive and very helpful. They helped me deal with my creditors and get my bankruptcy done quickly. I recommend them to anyone dealing with this difficult situation. They made it less stressful and I’m glad I got that behind me. My hearing was 9 months ago and my FICO score is almost up to 700 already. Bankruptcy isn’t the blemish is used to be.
