Making a decision to file bankruptcy was one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life. Next I had to pick an attorney, that to me was admitting I had FAILED. I knew I did not want to go to one of those offices that has several attorneys or one that I felt was over priced. Every time I searched, and this went on for at least 6 months, Mark Atchley's name was where I ended up. I made the dreaded call. I know Mark could hear the anxiety in my voice, but he was so calm and reassuring, letting me know that life happens and lets setup a consultation. Meeting Mark in person assured me I had made the right decision in calling him, and the price was good too! We started the process in March, and was completed in July. Mark and his office people made me feel like a friend they CARED about, not a client.
