I rarely, if at all, ever do reviews for businesses/companies or individuals, but I was so satisfied and thankful for Ernst, Brown & Draper's assistance that I must do one in hopes that if someone else out there finds themselves in desperate need of an attorney, that hopefully, this will help them make an educated decision to retain them. I have never needed an attorney, better yet more in my life than when my situation occurred. I had talked to several attorneys, who for one reason or another, and after I paid for a consultation fee, didn’t want to take my case and help me. I was finally referred to Ernst, Brown, & Draper, who listened to me and scheduled a consultation with Mr. Brown, who was very professional and understanding. At the end of the consultation, he made it clear that I had a case, but that he wanted me to just think about it over the next couple of days to be sure this is what I wanted to do and retain him and his firm. He explained that they were not a high-pressure sales firm. That said to me that they cared about my financial situation as well as my legal situation. Ms. Clarkson was just as awesome as Mr. Brown, who I worked with more. She also cared about my legal and financial situation as well. She was always available for any questions and concerns. She was always very upbeat, honest, friendly, professional and helpful. Her advice was just great, always gave me options of what we could do next and was prompt in getting back to me. I don’t want to give the wrong idea, but they even worked with me financially so that I didn’t run up a bill I couldn’t afford to the point I even got some of my retainer fee back. I don’t know of any attorney or company that does that for their clients/customers. They care about their clients legally and financially. A very understanding, caring and professional firm. I can’t say enough about them, and have even informed them, that they are my attorney in the future, if ever I shall need one again. Hopefully I won’t, and they have said the same thing, but have made me feel welcome to contact them again if need be. So, if you find yourself in a legal predicament, call and discuss your situation with them before anyone else and do NOT pay one of those companies out there that offer legal services for a monthly fee. They are garbage and you won’t find any firm as caring, understanding and professional as Ernst, Brown, & Draper.
