Thomas Brown went the whole nine yards to fight for me when my employer did me wrong! When you think of attorneys it often comes with a very negative connotation. I'm here to tell you, not with him! He walked me through on what to do every step of the way before ever getting paid. And, he was ready to help me on a contingency fee on what was likely not a high paying case. It was only when I discovered that my company didn't violate my FMLA rights on a technicality that he had to step back, and I don't blame him one bit (nobody should expect to work for free). My company took away my seniority when I was out of work for 11 weeks due to a broken finger. Unfortunately, I had forgot that I was forced to take FMLA for ten days due to contracting COVID almost a year prior. FMLA only allows you 12 weeks within a 12 month period, protecting employees from employers either firing you or eliminating your seniority. Regardless of not having all the facts, Thomas understood what my company did was morally WRONG! And, he was passionate about fighting for me. So if you want the legal equivalent of Mike Tyson in your corner, hire Thomas Brown!!!

Ernst, Brown and Draper is a firm of INTEGRITY, knowledgeable in their fields, and are willing to help you get the results you're hoping for! Without the advice of Josh Ernst and Spencer Dickson, I wouldn't be armed with the information I need to fight a corporate machine!
