Mr Matthew w.barts likes to accuse his defendants of being guilty and only wants to give them guilty pleas once you disagree with Mr Matthew and you ask to speak with the supervisor Matthew will then go to a supervisor and say that you have threats of harmful actions against him because you are going to report him to a supervisor any execute striving to defend you secondly when you deny his claims to a guilty verdict he will then say you feel compelled to second guess every strategic move made by him which is ultimately you saying you will not take a guilty plea what is our plan of attack cancel says he addresses the matter with his supervisor and they agree for him to withdraw Matthew won't give me his bar number and he won't give me a supervisor's information so I can report him so therefore I'm taking this route and I will continue to do so and I will expose the truth that Matthew w barts is a pretend defender and is really the prosecutor and will not get you any favorable deal I have proof and I have evidence that I can show and Matthew still withdrew from council and I still got a new one

I would highly recommend Brian Peterson with Edwards and Peterson. I interviewed about ten lawyers and after talking to Brian I just knew he was the one to handle my very complex case. He was honest, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. He made sure that my voice was heard, and during one of the most stressful times in my life , that made all the difference. I had a very difficult case and Brian beat all the odds. I couldn’t have been happier with Brian and his paralegal Nicole. They were both so kind and patient. I was represented by Josh during my divorce process, with Diane as the paralegal. From day one they were honest and professional. Diane kept in frequent contact and made sure I was always aware of deadlines, etc. with plenty of time to provide them the documents and things they needed. She was always willing to jump in and answer my questions or send me a document or whatever the case might have been. If I asked her something that required legal advice, she didn’t try to give me some guess-type answer, she would tell me flat out that I would need to talk that over with Josh and offer to arrange that meeting. Josh would provide a legal point of view and then what I would call a “real world” point of view for each situation, and then talk me through possible outcomes, what to expect, etc. for every approach or scenario. He never told me I “had to” do this or that, he never tried to influence me one way or the other. He would always give me the facts, offer his advice and then let me ask as many questions as I needed to before making a decision. His approach was never a “this is war, let’s destroy the other person” mentality. He always approached things from a reasonable, level-headed and common sense standpoint and fought for a fair and reasonable resolution for both parties. I don’t have a single complaint or negative thing to say about Josh, Diane, or any of the staff I came in contact with at Edwards & Petersen during the 11 months they represented me. If I ever need their services again, I won’t even look elsewhere before going back to them.

The firm is a small legal firm owned and run by Mathew Barts. he is the greatest attorney whom is very helpful and understanding. He is their for you to help you your case and cares about the people that is seeking help from him. you will get the best legal practice you can get the best legal practice if you go to him.
