Thought things were great, than later on Sam Pittman bails with no notice with all my money… couldn’t contact him… so please avoid this guy like the plague. Has multiple complaints against him with the bar association…

Great Attorney, makes you feel seen!

Mr. Pittman as his wife have done such an awful job I have been fighting this case with the grandmother of my kids there dad passed away and he has left me alone to deal with courts he will not answer my calls nor emails

Josh, his partners and paralegal were fabulous. I should have listened to his advice that he consist gave me twice a year before I filed for divorce. He was spot on. No one thinks their ex will act so horribly but Josh knows this business. I should have listened to him! His advice was right.

Josh and the entire staff at Edwards & Petersen are exceptional! Over the last 3 years I had utilized two other law firms until I found Edwards & Petersen. From the day I hired them, they were upfront, transparent and guided me on the reasonable goals for my case. Josh has a unique ability of strategizing for the unforeseen variables and issues at hand. The paralegal, Sabrina - is extremely communicative and beyond helpful as an additional resource. In any family law case, I would make certain there is paralegal assistance. I am happy to say that I finally found the right firm that had the ability to prioritize my sons best interest and accomplish 50% of his time with both his mom and his dad. The entire staff is incredible, this firm is extraordinary!

To the harmed reviewers before us, please report this attorney to the AZ Bar. Sam Pittman happily and aggressively took our money for an appeal, did minimal work (which he advised and took a legally improper position), communicated poorly (was scarce then non finally just stopped responding), made false promises and missed legal deadlines, leaving my daughter's critical legal matters unadressed, which on top of the large advance fee he took and did not earn, caused severe financial and legal harm. To date we still have not been refunded. Please avoid this attorney at all costs. Like other reviewers stated, he has not responded to the AZ Bar to address his misconduct, theft, and negligence that we reported months ago.

Excuse my French but hell yeah Matthew Bartz is what’s happening the attorney you need. He did an awesome job with my case & I appreciate & thank him so much!! So if you need an attorney I recommend Matthew Bartz😉😛🥰
