Josh is an outstanding lawyer. He and his team really care about you as their client. Communication is good and answered all my stupid questions! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing good legal services.

Samuel takes the time to listen to his clients. He makes you feel like your feelings matter and gets the job done.

Similar to the other 1 star review. I am a single father and had a grand slam of a case that was abandoned at the tail end. The case was prolonged 2 years, (partly strategic, partly due to fault of the court appointed advisor) Sam failed to disclose all evidence and tried to convinced me that this was strategic. I felt uncomfortable with proceeding with the case as presented but was told it was too late to delay. I reluctantly made the most of the situation and negotiated terms rather than fighting a losing battle. The judge ordered the agreement, the opposing attorney drafted it and sent it to Sam, and Sam failed to provide me the draft or respond to the attorney within the deadline set by the judge. I have reported him to the state bar and he also failed to respond to their correspondence within the set timeframe. September 13th was the trial, September 14th was the last day he responded. Oct 24th is the day he was contacted by the state bar, December 4th is when he responded. Prior to this Sam was with Repucci & Roder, our evidence was not able to be used because he did not correctly submit the audio file. He did a fine job making the most of the situation and cross examining the opposing party, causing them to essentially shoot themselves in the foot. Sam was fine when he was with a firm that kept him accountable. Under his own firm, (with his wife as his paralegal) his communication became scarce and time between responses increased significantly. I found out a week before trial that I was to appear. It has been difficult to find other counsel due to Sam not responding to requests to end our relationship. I have called his old firm, Repucci & Roder, (now the valley law group) and they stated that they have been receiving similar calls of complaints of Sam’s absence. He was no where to be found for any of his clients. Sam’s negligence as my attorney has caused a massive strain in my relationship with my daughter and co parent relationship. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I wish I didn't have to even give him 1 star! Worst communicator. Left my case up in the air w/ no explanation. I am a single Mother seeking child support. He drug the case out and did not finish the job.

I hired Mr. Pittman for a court case involving a family member. He was very helpful in getting my case resolved in a timely manner. His team is great, and I would use them again. That you again Sam.

Avoid Josh at all costs!!! I don't believe for a second that Josh has this many good reviews. I would say the majority of these reviews are doctored. In my most vulnerable state, I was taken advantage of not by my ex-wife but by Josh. For the most part, my ex and I were in good agreement and needed help with certain particulars we just couldn't agree on, which is why I felt the need to turn to a lawyer in the first place. The moment Josh met with my ex and her lawyer, he immediately caused harm to my case. He had the idea that it was better that he handled the initial negotiations by himself with me in another room. Huge mistake. He created a mess of everything, and I had to talk my ex out of wanting more than what we had initially agreed upon. After I was able to come to terms with my ex on my own about nearly everything again, Josh was able to ruin it all over again. At this point, he did not want to represent me. Passively, he was begging me to fire him, which happened to be at the end of the process and the most critical part. I ultimately did because he made it so difficult that nothing was being done except charging my credit card. He started off strong and seemed to be on the ball about everything, but as the months wore on, he became negligent and almost put off that I didn't want to email him too frequently so he could charge me a $60 response. He charged me 12 min to read and respond to a single question. He would take calls while driving through traffic and often forget things discussed in those conversations and wait until you set up another phone call or email so he could charge you again to remind him. He would advise me on how to handle situations, and after I did what he advised, he would ask why I made such a poor decision. Going through a divorce is the worst thing in the world, but to get screwed over twice is almost unbearable. It’s pretty bad when your ex feels bad for you enough that if I asked, she would also write a horrible review for him. I basically spent thousands of dollars for Josh to serve my ex and stall my divorce for nearly a year so that I would fire him before the job was over. It seemed as if he was done with me the moment we both decided we wanted to keep our case from going to trial. Please learn from my expensive mistake and stay far away. Sabrina, however, was awesome.

This is my 2nd time using Zawtocki. Law. I have worked with Ali and Felicia both times. I have had great results. If I need family law service again, I will definitely use Zawtocki Law again.

Best lawyer! I had a problem and i looked for more the 20 lawyer offices! Marie was nice and knolwge about everything i ask .. is just 5 stars but she away more than that..

Marie and her staff were very professional and supportive through the entire ordeal. Made you feel like you were more then a client, I will consider them friends.

I worked with Zawtocki Law Firm, specifically Ali Abella Korte, with my divorce and custody case. I had a bit of a tricky situation but she helped me handle it gracefully with her knowledge and professionalism. Because of that my case turned out great! I highly recommend them
