Brad Denton was instrumental in working with my former employer to negotiate on my behalf for a much improved severance agreement. Throughout this process he always had my best interest at heart. He kept me well informed and provided prompt and respectful service. He was sincere in the way he handled my case. He was sensitive to the fact that this was a very stressful life event and was able to counsel me on which options to pursue. From my initial phone call and meeting in his office, I must say his entire staff was professional, respectful and kind. They are all very personable and each one every bit a perfectionist. Brad Denton is extremely intelligent, accommodating, timely, and personable. Every time I've had a legal challenge Brad is always readily available to respond and does so proficiently. Seven years ago my wife and I signed a purchase agreement for a house that went awry when the seller tried to renege. I was happy with his aggressive approach that produced instant results and secured our house purchase with no financial loss. Since then Brad has written and reviewed several business contracts with outstanding results. Another example of Brad's legal proficiency is found in a recent lease agreement he arranged. I own a building that had been vacant for nearly 1 year and had little hope of securing an equitable contract. Not only did Brad negotiate a fair monthly rate, he also secured almost all the tenant improvement costs from the tenant; needless to say I was very pleased. When I contacted Brad I was in serious financial trouble with a piece of land that I owned. My loan was for 196k and the land was worth around 35k. My lender refused to work with me so I had no other choice but to stop paying since I could not afford the balloon payment nor their offer to refinance at some outrageous rate. So I was left to go into foreclosure. My land was sold at auction for 35k and I was on the hook for 165k. I hired Brad to work with the lender to arrive at a fair settlement. I can only say that what Brad and his team were to accomplish was amazing. 140 days later Brad was able to get lender to settle for $0.00. Brad took the weight of the world off my shoulders and said from the beginning let him handle this and it will be ok. Brad I can only say thank you!
