I had a great experience with Cardis Law Group. I needed to break my lease on a townhouse I was renting that was managed by an out of state property management company due to a water leak in the kitchen the company was not addressing. The property management company was extremely unresponsive and difficult to reach. Barry Rosenzweig at Cardis was able to get in contact with the company and have my lease broken with no penalty, and get my security deposit back. He worked on my issue quickly and had it resolved within a few weeks. I am 100% certain that without Mr. Rozenzweig’s help, I would have never had a resolution to the issue and would have been forced to live in dangerous and unreasonable conditions until the end of my lease.
