Scott was very prompt with his responses and helpful. Navigating legal issues can be daunting and empathy goes a long way. My brother and I were very appreciative to get any feedback . It is so much easier for people to ignore questions or requests, but Scott went out of his way to respond in a direct manner.

Mr. Scott Weible was clear and concise with all of my questions. He has a good grasp of information that helped put together a will for me that will be acceptable if I decide to stay here in Arizona or move to another state. As a military brat, that part was especially helpful. I recommend him highly.

I had a complicated issue that I wasn’t sure how to handle and Mr. Weible explained it all in terms I could grasp. Then explained what needed to be done and why. When I finally understood what was happening we could then find the best course of action to take. It worked out much better than I expected and I definitely learned that just because your family says they are good with whatever your will says, that isn’t always the case, so be specific in what you want done.

I was trying to finalize a mortgage. The attorneys at the mortgage provider said our (deceased husband and my) trust was written in a complicated and incomplete way and they would have to decline the mortgage unless I was able to have an attorney un-complicate it correctly. I sent a copy of the trust to Mr Weible and he said he could "fix" it. We were able to meet in less than a week and he was able to eliminate the trust and put the property in my name only. A great help for my children when I pass & also the ability to get the mortgage. Consequently he also updated all my other legal paperwork from more 2008. Amazing how many details were out of date. I sincerely appreciated the speed he was able to do this, since so timing was of the essence.

I retained Scott's firm for a fairly large legal engagement, including several emergency filings. His firm was always on top of every detail and he made sure that we clearly understood the impact of various options that we had. Most notable - the way he handled an unexpected weekend matter should be a textbook guide to every other attorney. He made himself available via web conference, saving us a trip to his office, and conducted as much of the administrative work as possible via email. Over the course of three years I believe we only had to visit his office three or four times. I have nothing but the highest regard for Scott and his firm and strongly recommend him.
