I particularly appreciate Kevin's ability to deal with the governmental agencies that became involved. I worked with Mr. Martin at Garrison Law Firm. Once he took over my case everything moved along (as fast as things can when dealing with major insurance agencies). The staff worked with me quick and would call and email when anything changed or paperwork needed completed. Mr. Martin was very pleasant at all times and was not like these lawyers that spam adds and seem about the same as used car salesmen. He was realistic about expectations and making sure I knew the process and was kept up to date. 10/10

I was involved in an auto accident in 2018. I thought I had a strong case, but several attorneys didn't want to take the case. One issue was my insurance co was the same as the other driver that hit me. They were very tight lipped about what they would do for me outside of fixing my car. Even that seemed like a chore to them because they wanted me to use my underinsurance and I said no. I got my car fixed but couldn't get them to settle on my medical bills and lost time from work. After about a year of back and forth, I was tired of them telling me they didn't get my paperwork for medical or none of the doctors were responding to their queries. I was fed up. I looked up some attorneys on avvo.com but wasn't having any luck. Most of the ones I was able to talk to didn't want to take the case, why? Well I found out that there were many facets to my case and most lawyers want something easy so they can settle rather quickly. I was able to speak with Mr. Garrison directly. That was a big deal as many attorneys hid behind their assistants or paralegals in order to find out if it's worth taking the case. Mr Garrison was very well spoken when it came to explaining to me why most lawyers passed and what I was up against. He said he has been down that road before with the insurance company and if I wanted to come to his office, he would hear the details my case. I met with him and he went over many details of what happened and what I went thru. He said it could be a tough fight but he believes that we could get a fair and decent settlement. Covid hit about 6 months later and pushed everything back. I ended up getting a very fair settlement in July of this year (2021). I like to work with people who tell you what they are going to do and then do it. Mr. Garrison was able to accurately predict what would happen and got me the money I deserved.
