Melissa was a straight shooter from our first meeting, for that, among many other attributes, I am grateful. She always made sure I knew what to expect which, during the time of COVID, was a daunting task. She fought for me and didn't let the other side BS the judge. Melissa and Rhonda were very responsive and answered all of my questions, no matter how trivial. If I am ever in the need of a family attorney again, I will absolutely be calling Melissa.

I knew from my first visit with melissa, she was the one I needed to fight my case. Very professional, and does not take any bull. Melissa Kleminski Bower has been my guardian angel for 3.5 years...and still ongoing. My ex-husband suffered from horrible mental problems and alcoholism and it was necessary for me to remove our children from his care. Melissa successfully accomplished this, secured child support, back child support, and a parental custodial agreement that we BOTH agreed to and signed together. She was unbiased, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate despite my emotional turbulence during this ordeal. If she didn't have an answer, she was able to consult with her firm and get an answer. She was able to communicate effectively with my ex-husband's two family law attorneys as well as his criminal attorney, and two different appointed judges to our case and two judge mediators. I am eternally thankful to Melissa for all that she has done to protect the lives and well-being of my children. I HIGHLY recommend Melissa and her team for any family law related issue.

I’ve been divorced for over 9 yrs now, and Melissa Bower has been with me every step of the way, through negotiating the divorce terms, developing age appropriate parenting plans as my daughter transitions from toddler to Teen, to finding just the right Parenting Coordinator, and even a name change 5 years Post Divorce! Melissa provides the voice of reason and truly helps focus both parties on what’s best for the children involved. In fact, Melissa recently completed a new PC appointment for myself and my Co-parent! Melissa was great at billing and communication. She did not fight for me. She knew the law but would not pursue anything that would be in my favor. I was billed close to $20,000. I filed my own separation and responded to my husband's divorce. She only wrote memos. I would never hire this lawyer again.

She is currently representing my ex husband. She uses a horrible paralegal and app called fileshare. Today I received an email supposedly containing info regarding our custody battle. After the files finally opened, several attempts later, I discovered they had sent someone else's personal information. Who knows where my info has been sent to. I have since reported it to the State Bar & am waiting for contact from an investigator. Totally ridiculous!!!
