I was tryingto sell my Mother's home and realized I couldn't sell it until the estate was settled.I needed to get the estate put in my Mother's name as sole survivor after my Dad passed over 20 years ago. Tracy was very professional and was able to get the process done quickly. She was able to get the work done within a week and we were able to finish selling the home. I would highly recommend Tracy. Tracy handled the estate affairs for me upon my father's death as I was the POA. She is extremely knowledgable about all the laws and processes and walked me through all facets on an ongoing basis for over a year. She is very kind and patient and thorough.
