AWESOME PEOPLE TO WORK WITH - HIGHLY RECOMMEND After a bad experience with another law firm, I contacted Lihn Law Group to help an elderly uncle create an estate plan. He is in a nursing home confined to a bed so he needed someone that would be patient with him and spend the time needed to understand his needs and wishes. Caleb and Hannah were awesome. They visited him several times in the process of understanding how he wanted his estate distributed and took great effort to help him understand the implications of everything he was doing. They went above and beyond to make sure he was well taken care of and throughout the whole process, it was clear that they genuinely cared about his best interest. They were always responsive to needs and requests and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them in the future for additional legal help. So far my experience with this law firm has not been pleasant. Of course the first call is easy peasy quick to sign you up and say all the good stuff you wanna hear. (My fiance warned me not to go this route and find my own lawyer, unfortunately I didn't listen and am now suffering) Ever since I signed with them its like I get communication every couple if now few months. My accident was at the end of August and I have been communicating with a Maria A. Who I have been corresponding emails with. My care has been extremely rationed and I have had to wait so long for approval from the (even after sending multiple emails and voice-mails) I still was forced to wait for approvals. I finally had enough and had to call and complain about the lack of communication and professionalism. This is my LIFE were talking about that has been disrupted by this accident, I put trust into this company for help and I feel I'm being let down. It is now month 7 of me WAITING on help from them. I spoke with my attorney for the second time in 7 months today because I left a not so nice voice-mail. Just all around lack of care, responsibility and communication. I would look elsewhere before deciding on Hastings and Hastings.

It was great to have her as my lawyer, she's very professional and took care of everything and went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of. I would highly recommend her for whatever problems you are having thanks for everything Laura!!

Laura is amazing! Easy to access and a straight shooter. She helped me out of a jam, at a reasonable price and I highly recommend her. I don't plan on needing her services again, but if I do, she will be the one I call. Hands down, top notch.

I have learned that "simple" probate is rare. We couldn't be more thankful that we found the Lihn Law Group and Rachael Mitchell. What should have been a simple probate with small assets to distribute quickly turned into a family conflict. Their professionalism and attention to detail got us through some difficult times.
