Exceedingly happy with Taylor & Lihn. Jessica McElderry guided me through the medical and financial steps needed as part of qualifying a family member with ALTECS. She set up the meetings with ALTECS, assisted with putting together the medical and financial records to present to the ALTECS representatives. She kept regular communications with me on what was going on, was responsive to my inquiries. Never did I feel anxious with Jessica nor with the people at Taylor & Lihn. Setting up a Trust and qualifying for ALTECS is a lot to take on. Taylor & Lihn really do live up to their mission statement of keeping peace of mind during long-term care planning and special needs planning. Jessica McElderry represented this team fantastically.
