I have learned that "simple" probate is rare. We couldn't be more thankful that we found the Lihn Law Group and Rachael Mitchell. What should have been a simple probate with small assets to distribute quickly turned into a family conflict. Their professionalism and attention to detail got us through some difficult times. I would very much recommend that you consider this firm, for your legal needs.

Amazing lawyer! An honest lawyer sounds like an oxymoron unless you’re talking about Laura. She was so helpful with my case, and extremely easy to communicate with. She always answered my calls, even after hours and even when she was visiting sick family. She is the best. Laura I appreciate your help and advice. You’ll always have my recommendation. I would give Laura Killham 0 stars if I could. $3500 and all she managed to do was extend the trial several months, go on multiple vacations, and then attempt to talk me into going to trial which would've cost me more money. She failed to do the thing she was filing the extensions for and in the end she got the same results a public defender would've gotten me. Avoid this con artist at all costs, which would be quite high if you retained her "services." In the end, this has just added to the severe traumas I've experienced throughout my ordeal.
